Processing and Delivery Times

Processing/Delivery times are as follows:
Orders can take up to 5 working days to process before being shipped.
Please note we are currently working with a rolling stock system and stocks are not live. We are taking two deliveries per week from our main suppliers. Despite this some stock may need to be ordered in from these suppliers and may cause a delay. All goods are subject to availability.
Our orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 which we would expect to be delivered in 2 working days. However please allow 10 working days for delivery before contacting us to chase your order.
Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday to Friday, 10.00am to 4.00pm, excluding Sundays and bank holidays. If orders are placed after 4.00pm on a Friday afternoon your order will not be processed until the Monday.

If you wish to get in touch with us about your order please have your order number ready. This will be a four digit number starting with either a #. For example #1001.
Shipping Rates are as follows:
Standard Delivery to UK and Northern Ireland: £2.95
Free Standard Delivery on orders over £25 to the UK and Northern Ireland.
ESTIMATED transit times are as follows. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee.
DOMESTIC:
Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 48 hour): 2-3 Business Days (However, please allow 10 working days for delivery (this is a time limit imposed by Royal Mail, not ourselves).
INTERNATIONAL:
We have currently suspended all deliveries outside of the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Out of stock or discontinued items
Whilst we hold considerable stocks it may be on occasion that your chosen item is out of stock. If a particular item is out of stock at the time of ordering we make every effort to get the item from our suppliers as soon as physically possible.
Occasionally some items are discontinued without prior notification by the manufacturer. In the unlikely event of this occurring we will advise you of the situation and react according to your instruction.
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your goods, you can return these in a saleable condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. My Wool Shop Ltd does not accept responsibility for returned items going missing.
Order Cancellations
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us, My Wool Shop Ltd, of your decision. To cancel your order please email sales@mywoolshop.co.uk with the subject line: ONLINE SHOP RETURN
To meet the cancellation deadline, you only need to email us as above before the cancellation period expires.
This does not apply in the case of faulty goods.
Books and patterns are non-returnable due to copyright law.
Needles are also non returnable unless faulty.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Failed Deliveries
If your order is unable to be delivered by our chosen delivery method, they will advise of this by leaving a card through your door. In the unlikely event that the order is returned to ourselves, there will be additional delivery charges incurred for this to be re-sent, we will advise of these charges if the circumstance arises.
